"Growing up I was always told that you have to lose a few battles to win the war. But I was also told to never play with fire.. and we see how that turned out.. I've never been one for laying down and taking a nap when there's work to be done. And this.. is definitely a battle I plan on winning." - Journal Entry 666
Alexandra's headphone blared her theme song as she wrote in her journal.
Don't call me an angel
I'll always be sinful
It don't make me evil
But I got my wicked, got my wicked ways
I've been the liar, I've been the cheat
I've been the black heart, I've been the thief
You curse my name, but I believe
We all play the sinner and the saint and the in-between
I need my devils, I let them rage
I keep my eyes wide open when I pray
I've been the villain to misbehave
I like trouble coming in a hundred different ways
And heaven knows that I'll never change
With a few hours left before Massacre, Alexandra took the chance to go on a safari offered in Djibouti. Hearing that the craziest things often happened on it. She wasn't going to miss the fun of seeing wild animals in their natural habitat, then again.. that's what wrestling was, animals in their natural habitat. Alexandra found herself piling onto the bus with a ton of other people and little kids from the village their huts had been in. Some of the kids sat on Alexandra's seat with her and she smiled at them, before pointing out some of the animals they saw on the way towards the deeper part of the tour.
"Alexandra, can we sit with you? Please.."
"Of course you can."
"Alexandra, can you sign this for me? I'm a huge fan."
She smiled at the girl and nodded, taking the piece of paper and signing it. Just because she played a bad guy on screen didn't mean that the children and adult fans didn't like her. For some reason, she was still a fan favorite and she would always take the time to do things for them. After all, without them, there was no wrestling to do, most wrestling superstars forget that aspect. Respect the fans.. they paid their money to see it, it's the least you can do, other than giving them a good show.
"Of course anything for a fan."
"OOOO can you do mine next?"
She nodded, signing the autographs and smiling for pictures with them. The longer the tour rolled on, some of the kids talked to Alexandra and she to them, they asked her questions about her upcoming match and wished her luck, saying that they were fans. She laughed and joked around with them, while they watched the animals. Finally they rolled up on a group of lionesses hunting a pack of zebras. She leaned forward, resting against the rail of the bus as it came to a stop alongside a tree, shading them from the hot sun. The lionesses stalked the pack of zebra's, crouching low in the grass, laser focused on the goal of downing their dinner and feeding the pack. Just like a game of chess, the Queen is the most powerful piece and these lionesses were no different than that. Without them, the pack goes hungry. It was the great "Circle of Life", the balance in the world, death and life, light and rebirth. The lead lioness jumped up, running into the pack of zebra's catching one in the neck, taking it down the ground and killing it, before attacking another, the other lionesses running in to do the same thing, soon they had taken down more than half of the pack.
"Well, that was highly educational. Pay attention children.. one of life's greatest lessons.. is that eventually.. you will always run into someone who is faster.. stronger.. and better than you in every way. Just like I'll teach that same lesson to Tony at Massacre."
Alexandra laughed softly and so did all the kids, looking at the corpse of the zebra and the lionesses ripping it apart, blood splattered across their faces, soaking their glorious golden fur a crimson red liquid. She watched as the rest of the pride came over and started to feast on the corpse of the newly killed zebra. She smiled watching as the safari car rolled on, leaning back, enjoying the safari that Djibouti had to offer..
"You see that zebra is you Tony.. you are nothing more than prey for the predators of the world. Someone like you, is.. below average. When it comes to being in that ring, whose to say you even have what it takes to beat me. It takes much more than anything I've seen from you. You are subpar at best."
Alexandra's thoughts wondered to what it would be like to destroy him, to make him bleed. To rip into him, shred his skin and make him realize that she was just as violent as a ravenous lioness. She motions her hand towards the lionesses as they are feasting, with the rest of their pack. The Alpha Male lion moves to join the first lioness, nuzzling against her, the two letting out a roar that lead the rest of the pride to roar too.
"People like you.. are nothing more than cannon fodder for people like me. You are there to be beaten.. whipped and destroyed, while we stand victorious over you." A spider landed on her arm and she pulled it off, starting to slowly pull the legs off of it, her eyes fixed on the pointless insect in her hands. She imagined it was Tony, imagined ripping him to pieces, before finally severing all life from him. "Just like this spider here, I will break you down, cause you to feel pain like you have never felt before and when I am finished.. and you are pinned, you'll have to make sure that our bags make it safely from our huts.. to the locker room and back.. and if anything goes missing.. I'll personally make your life a living hell. And to think I even offered you that chance to serve the TRUE powers in OCW, and you couldn't even lay down and accept the gracious offer of the royalty.. but no.. alas, you made the wrong choice. So it will be a pleasure destroying everything you have ever loved. And when I do.. It will strip you of your dignity, your stature.. and your joy.. because that's what working at Club Nibbles.. would do for me.. but then again... I have other plans for your beloved club."
She smirked, as the tour rolled on back towards the village huts they were staying in, knowing that soon the tour would end and she would have to take the last few hours to get ready for the match and she was more than ready for it. Still torturing the spider, slowly pulling his legs off one by one, watching it writhe and wriggle in her hand, clearly in pain, she spoke again.
"Tony.. if you should win this match tonight, I can promise you this. You are going to regret ever challenging me with the stipulations.. your precious little club.. will be nothing more than ash. You ask how I would be so brave as to do something like that. It's this simple Tony.. You are nothing and I'll prove it to you in the ring at Massacre."
She smiled as the bus pulled back up to the village and she took a deep breath, smiling at the camera, knowing it was pretty much going to follow her for the rest of the day. A hooded figure leaned forward, face hidden by the jacket they wore. His lips were close to Alexandra's ear.
"I dug it.. Tony's going down.. I'll be watching, I believe in you."
She smiled and stood, dropping the carcass of the spider onto the floor, before stepping on it, the camera showing that. She walked towards the front of the bus and slipped the driver a fifty dollar bill.
"Thanks again for the tour.. it was educational.."
She stepped off the bus and spotted Alice walking along the huts and ran to catch up with her, knowing she needed to get the answer for CJ. Alexandra had the feeling she was being watched, but that wasn't going to stop her. The hooded figure from the bus was walking not far behind her and she looked over her shoulder a couple of times, but didn't think anything of it.
"Hey Alice.. what's your ring size? Just a curious question."
She pulled out her phone, knowing that she needed to have it up to send the text message to CJ about the ring.
"I'm a 7.. unless you are talking a different finger? Why? Her attention wanders. "Unless you are talking about.. wait.. Mustard rings.. that would be cool.. right?!? NEW IDEA!!"
"Yes Alice, exactly.. mustard rings. You should look into that.. might be cool."
Alexandra chuckled, sending CJ the answer to his question, knowing he would be happy to know the answer finally as the scene fades to black.
