[The wrestling world was shock up with it was announced that Chris Spade would be returning to wrestling and not in the place people would have guested. After Eleven years he spent in the UWF, Chris Spade appeared to have retired from full time duty and was part time for a while. Than quietly retired from the sport he spend most of his life in.
Aug 8th, it was announced that Chris Spade signed with OCW. The same company long time Girl Friend Vicky Stone recently signed and making her own return to wrestling. There is a lot of questions on why he signed but it drew some excitement with in the company.]
[We join Chris who was sitting on his couch inside of his Manson of a house that he earned after years of blood, sweat, and tears while being paid top dollar. Chris in plan black Jeans and Chris Spade shirt is sitting looking at the camera to be heard for the first time to the online fans of OCW.
Spade: “OCW, I know, I know, you all have so many questions that you want to ask me right now. I hope I can shad some clarity on things and if I don’t? well in time you will get all the answers you need. So I’m sure the first big question is why? Why after everything I have done in wrestling. I mean for all my life since I was legally allowed to wrestle, I have been doing this, made my mark, held more titles that I could count, and travelled around the world more than once. So, after all that why did I join OCW and really come out of retirement. Well let me answer that right now.”
[Spade would pause for a moment as he grabs a bottle of water from the end table and takes a drink really quick.]
Spade: “So there is a saying in the wrestling business that was once written in a book that I believe holds a lot of truth. They say wrestling is like an illness without a cure. Once you get into it, you can never fully walk away from it. After awhile away from it, you have that itch to get back into it. Now unless you so broken down that you can’t me or do it anymore. That’s what happens when you love something so much and have that passion. You find out when walk away, that nothing can replace the reaction of a arena filled with fans reacting whatever it is your doing. Its an amazing but yet indescribable feeling that you know you want to feel over and over again. So now you’re going to ask why OCW?”
[Chris takes a moment to reflect and gather his thoughts.]
Spade: “The answer is pretty simple and its not just because Vicky Stone is here. You see I spent over eleven years in the same company, which is a long time and rare in this day and age. I face everyone there was to face. I held every title one person could hold. I was in the HOF, now I know to everyone in OCW, that may not mean that much. I get that, but the point I am making however is that after doing it all. There was nothing left to do. I been asked a number of times to try my hand elsewhere but I was always loyal. Than get an offer to join the OCW. Now why? Because I look at the roster that is filled with a bunch of talent I never faced before. That’s what excited me the most was the idea of a roster filled with fresh faces for me to wrestle. Testing myself and see what happens when I got outside the comfort zone if you will. Many wrestlers for year asked me to do it. My fans as well. Now here I am. So that why the OCW because the talent that is here and a brand-new challenge for me. I still seek to be the best and eying the to prize as I always do. Plus there is Ice cream bars. Until next time, cheers.”
[The camera fads to black as he smirks at the cameras.]
