Second match, another chance:
Prologue voice over:
I can fully admit that I was cocky going into my debut. I needed to be, you need to believe that you are in the best wrestler because if not, you get lost in the shuffle. I’m a wrestling fan first and foremost: the competitive sequences, the feel of the crowd and secondly I’m a performer. Whether it’s singing, performing improv, poetry or competing in the ring. I’m still young, I have lots to learn but what I’ve learned in 6 years is that you cannot give critics the satisfaction of seeing you down, you have to stay up, on point and on game. I’m 20, I’m going to be here a while, I’m never giving up and I know that saying I’m never say die is trite but it’s true, it’s not corn-casserole-jabroni-baloney.
Scene 1: training:
Best Around by Joe Esposito plays as Richard tumbles with a somersault on a gym mat and rises in a bridge, bridging for a while, he then does lots of push ups and butterfly-sit ups.
He next yells martial arts battle cries as he unleashes a series of right legged round kicks to a heavy bag then he turns and runs to the left of the mat then returns running and connects a flying side kick to the heavy bag bouncing off and sticking the landing following up with a jumping spinning back kick, a jumping back kick and a crane kick-bicycle kick combo.
Next Richard is in a old school boxing ring with an elder trainer that looks like a tiny 5 ft 4 Stan Lee who beats the crap and stretches Richard out :
sleeper hold + repeated forearm clubs to the chest
with a kimura lock-body scissors combo
An abdominal stretch and repeated elbows to the abdomen
Richard fights back with a wristlock + repeated round kicks to the chest
A double knee arm breaker
A double leg takedown + jack-knife somersault bridge for the 1-2-3!
Next Richard faces a large sumo gimmick wrestler, who is an actual former sumo wrestler, 6 ft 3 but 400 lbs.
Richard gulps but goes for a kick and his foot is caught by one large hand and the other picks him up and slams him down with a choke slam!
Richard is grounded and is dragged over to the nearest turnbuckle corner, the sumo wrestler goes for a second turnbuckle rope dropping seated senton but Richard rolls out of the way then he connects a spin kick to the chin knocking the sumo flat on his back. Richard then locks on an a seated arm bar wrenches until the sumo taps nonstop.
Richard rises with an inverted tumble and turns tossed across the ring and turned inside out by a running tilt-a-whirl head scissors from a masked luchador.
Next Richard is hit with a series of arm drags- basic, tilt-a-whirl head scissors-combo, wheelbarrow, Japanese.
Richard then finally stops a running attack short with a single leg back kick, a mule kick to the midsection doubling over the 5ft luchador and Richard unleashes a furry with repeated knee thrusts to the midsection and a gut buster followed up finally with a double underhook spinning Neckbreaker and leg hook for the 1-2-3!
Richard is next seen pouring all the water from a see through water cooler on his sweaty face.
Scene 2: promo practice
Richard stands in front of his bathroom mirror in his hotel room with a comb as a microphone
Richard Dweck: ( to iron man theme by Ozzy)
I-am- epic man! Dun-nana-nana.
Richard( hulk Hogan impression):
Watcha going to do when the new York ninja runs wild on you, brother!
Richard Dweck( Miz impression)
I’m Richard and I’M . . . . EPIC!
Richard Dweck( Lion King theme ):
YA-SAVENYA-VA-VA-VIS-AVAH!
Richard Dweck( cult of personality tune):
Look into the pie! What do you see?
10 million calories!!!!!
Richard Dweck: I wonder what the non-pathetic people are doing tonight?
