{The camera lights up showing Bobbinette Carey inside a clothing store, it is clear this isn’t an ordinary clothing store but more of a high top of the line store. There are few customers in there and even fewer that look like they can afford the clothing. Bobbinette Carey has Princess on her arm as she is wearing a black belle sleeve shirt, the neck is a scoop neck very conservative with ruffles, she has a black and pink pleated skirt that the shirt is tucked into, she has on a pair of black heels with pink pleats that match the skirt. In her arms is her white tea cup poodle and companion Princess.}
Bobbinette: I knew I would win, that wasn’t really something I doubted. Some people would say I’m over confidant, quite the opposite. It is the years I have put into this business to look at my opponent and never underestimate, to study as much as I can and if I can’t find anything go to local gyms and wrestle around with their rookies.
~Princess barks. Bobbinette smiles and scratches her under her chin. Bobbinette looks over one clothing rack looking through pink clothing she grabs her size and holds it up to a mirror against her body.~
Bobbinette: And when all else fails retail therapy.
~She says with a light giggle as she looks through more clothing grabbing a few different outfits..~
Bobbinette: Massacre I will be wrestling Derek Jacobs… a man with two first names who is six foot nine… so he’s got a foot and over a hundred pounds on me is what I’m assuming… Does that intimidate me? Does that make me nervous? No… it doesn’t and it never has intimidated me. A huge guy just means that he is going to underestimate me which is what I have been banking on my entire career. Always underestimated always looked at like “This chick?” and it has often ended the same way with them going “THIS CHICK!” Afterwards. It’s not something you can just hear it is something you have to experience firsthand in order to comprehend. I have been doing this since I was a teen… one of the first females to be wrestling men on the independent wrestling scene before I was picked up by CWA. The owner was Eric Withrow,… he saw potential in a teenage female prodigy in wrestling.
~She looks off in the distance as she snuggles Princess close to her. She looks off in the distance as she has a touch of nostalgia.~
Bobbinette: From there I was CWA world champion, I dominated the brand with Heinrich Von Jager as the general manager…. He didn’t like me but he couldn’t ignore that I was Epicness… as much as he hated it… There was no standing in my way. From taking apart Reno Raines, BAAL, Jackyl, Candyman, Ace Wylde, Mystic J, Dorian Ambrose, x, ArcAngel, Phatman Brian Cady, Little Jim the list goes on and on… Why did I only name the men? Because the females on that list were less then worthy… their names were as important as their actions… I try to put into my contract that I refuse to wrestle Females…. Though the older I have gotten the more years I have been around the more I realize that when you are at the start of a restart of a promotion everyone comes flocking in and the new group of young girls look to make names for themselves.
~She shrugs her shoulders.~
Bobbinette: I realize I can help those girls, but I am not here to help them I am here to help this promotion, I am here to help my career and show to them all that I haven’t lost a beat, that I am still the woman I was. That the teen girl who had that sparkle in her eyes, which the thirty three year old still has it!
~She says wrinkling her eyebrows as she smiles proudly.~
Bobbinette: Derek Jacobs, I have no clue who he is what he is about what he believes. I know my mother raised me to know not to trust a man with two first names… No good comes from that… I am at the disadvantage here because this dude has already seen me wrestle once, and I have no clue who he is.
~She says in a matter of fact tone.~
Bobbinette: The only positive on my side is the next show is in my state, which is an uber positive on my end. It means I don’t have to travel.. it’s also SUCH an upgrade from “Bar” In Texas and..
~She shudders.~
Bobbinette: That stripper… Ewwies… ewwies… Here in Ohio though… this is my state, and in Brunswick that’s not that far from where I grew up… The financial backer could be wanting to just screw with me… In all my years I also learned not to trust those in power, they often abuse it and manipulate things… That’s the down fall of wrestling.. the politics… the bosses who are only hiring me to benefit for themselves who have ulterior motives…. I’m hoping this company that this promotion proves me wrong that they aren’t using my name and my abilities for the benefit of themselves… it wouldn’t surprise me yet I can’t be bitter about it. I know if I was in similar shoes I’d be looking for star powers for something to pull my fans in and make my audience give a damn. Not to toot my own horn but my name does just that. Derek Jacobs name… it means nothing to me, but he could be looking to make a name on mine. And I’m sorry I don’t carry the load for anyone.
~She says in a matter of fact tone. Princess barks twice her tail standing on end.~
Bobbinette: Exactly so if he’s trying to prove something and make a name for himself he better get ready to put up one hell of a fight.
{She grabs eight things that she had looked at and walked up to the cash register. The woman rings up the belongings the price is 945.63. She takes out her credit card and hands it to the woman. The woman hands Bobbinette a receipt as Bobbinette scribbles down her name. Bobbinette takes the bag and walks out of the store with princess under her other arm. The two head out to her awaiting limo. Her chauffer opens the door and takes her bag as she and Princess get in. He puts the bag in the trunk and drives off to the next destination.}
