HONOLULU - The following communique is believed to originate from a private security company based in Northern Mexico that may be owned and operated by Eastern European expatriates with military and police backgrounds. The intended recipient is unknown.
It was digitally intercepted by a self-styled “information activist” named sqdCircl3Truth3r, who leaked it to several wrestling media outlets of questionable repute, including OCW's own public relations office.
The authenticity of this document has not been verified, and its purpose remains unclear. In the interest of transparency, President Dean has given OCW's PR team the green-light to release the full text of the document to prevent anyone accusing him of a cover-up.
Dean did not comment on the contents of the letter.
OCW would like to remind all of our fans that we take our commitment to the safety of our wrestlers very seriously, regardless of what their working relationship and history with President Dean or any other employee is. If this document is authentic, we will do everything in our power to make sure any unauthorized, illegal, or otherwise harmful actions against our copyrighted "Operation Zero" brand come to a swift and uneventful end.

//NOTE: THIS HEADER IS THE ONLY ADDITION I HAVE MADE TO THIS LETTER. ALL OTHER TEXT APPEARS EXACTLY AS IT DID WHEN I INTERCEPTED IT.
//CERTAIN SECTIONS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN CORRUPTED, MOST LIKELY DUE TO MY DECRYPTION ALGORITHM NOT MATCHING THEIR CRYPT 100%.

- Syren and PerZag have quietly but officially cut all Operation Zero ties with The Bounty Hunter. Reasons for this should be self-explanatory.
Syren was seen at the hospital checking in on PerZag before his surgery?□□□ ?□□□ ?□□□□□□□□□ ?□□□□□ threatening language with hospital staff, demanding that PerZag's room be given individual attention by at least one security guard at all times, around the clock. When the hospital questioned the need for this, Syren threatened to “send [his] own people to guard the room”. The matter was escalated to hospital administration, and there are currently two certified security personnel watching PerZag's hospital room at all times.
PerZag's medical report (as previously released to the media) appears accurate. Still, we should be wary of ANY information ANY member of Operation Zero willingly provides to the media. Regardless of the report's truthfulness, the aforementioned presence of hospital security makes it unlikely we could capitalize on PerZag's injuries in any way.

- “Pryde” has not been in close physical proximity to any member of the group since Syren checked up on him during the early stages of the CatC event.
Syren has made it known that all members are to go to any lengths necessary to give “Pryde” any and all support he may request of them, regardless of the nature of the request.
However, all members are also respecting “Pryde”'s need for personal space at this time. His logistical (and emotional) detachment from his allies may make this an opportune time to jump schedule beyond the surveillance stage of the operation.
- Mia Stone has been listed as inactive on the OCW's latest personnel report, with a re-evaluation scheduled for two weeks from now. It is unclear if Mia Stone will be traveling with the group over the next two weeks, and what her condition will be if so.

- Curt Canon has fallen into a deep depression, presumably due to his untimely loss of the Lightweight Title on the eve of Hall of Fame voting.
Originally, we marked this as another possible leverage point, but James Vorex has been quoted as saying that Canon's “deepest depressions” typically last 4 to 6 hours, or “maybe only 1 if you bring him beer and watch Can't Hardly Wait with him.”

Actual, Eman Biney] be changed to a “Zoo Match”.
He intends to finally make up for the much-hyped Zoo Match he never got to fight against Hunter McKay in defense of his World Title almost ten years ago when—in Syren's own words—“Commissioner Dick-Rock pussied OCW int?□□□ ?□□□□□□ ?□□□ ?□□□□□□□□□□□□□□ ?□□ ?□□ ?□□□□□□ ?□□□□□□fraid of me and Rob Torborg.”
Syren plans to make an official announcement of these demands sometime in the next 48 hours.
- “Not President Dean” appears to be a full-fledged member of Operation Zero, privy to strategy sessions and welcomed warmly by the other members in the rare occasions where he interacts with them in off-camera situations.
This alliance contradicts much of what we know about the OCW power structure.
