~We cut to Marcus Welsh. He's standing outside the OCW arena double fisting McDonald's coffee. He's watching a team of 'experts' erect giant polls...with what looks like a fan at the top of each. Are these...wind mills? Welsh continues to supervise~

Welsh: Yes, yes. I want these around the ENTIRE ARENA.

~A guy who looks like he got his education in green engineering steps up~

Guy: I just think this is amazing.

~Welsh has no reaction~

Welsh: It just is what it is.

Guy: Using windmills to create electricity? That's so green, man. You're doing so much for the world.

~Welsh has no clue what this guy is talking about~

Welsh: Yea, that's not what these are for.

Guy: They...they aren't?

Welsh: No, in fact these things are being run on giant generators powered by gas.

Guy: But that doesn't make any sense.

Welsh: Yes it does. They are here to redirect and nullify...

~Welsh stares into the camera~
