After that, he takes the time to reflect around the arena and takes in the atmosphere for quite a bit and prays (From 1:02-1:20). (From 1:21) After finishing praying, he starts going around the arena to tag everyone to get them to excite for his match and he gets his energy flowing as he gets himself positioned middle of the ringside so he can slide in and do a back flip hero landing (He should be at the middle of the ringside at 1:44). He slides in the ring, does the back flip hero landing and quickly scans the crowd and quickly jumps out of his landing position to jump to the turnbuckle middle rope and do a bow and arrow taunt to the sky and screams "IT'S SHOWTIME!". Why is your character a wrestler - The reason Savior is a wrestler is because he wants to live his dream and prove to his parents that he isn't a mistake. Backstory: Savior Hawkins, hailing from the vibrant city of San Juan, Puerto Rico, carries a complex backstory that shaped his journey into the world of professional wrestling. Born into a family of high achievers, with parents who excelled in their respective fields as electricians and doctors, Savior felt a deep calling to pursue a career as a wrestler. However, the weight of societal expectations and his mother's disapproval cast a shadow over his dreams.
From the moment Savior tuned into WWE for the first time, he knew that wrestling was his true passion. Despite the internal struggle between his desire to become a wrestler and the fear of disappointing his family, he made a bold decision. Following an intense and abusive argument with his mother, Savior found the strength to break free from the confines of his home and embark on his wrestling journey alone, without the support of anyone.
The traumatic event with his mother left an indelible mark on Savior, shaping his personality into one of bitterness and cruelty. Wrestling became his outlet, a way to channel his emotions and prove himself in the face of adversity. Deep down, Savior yearns to prove those who doubted him wrong and fulfill his destiny as a prodigious wrestler.
Behind his bitter and cruel persona, there lies a person who is driven by a burning desire to overcome obstacles and become a wrestling prodigy. Savior fights a constant battle with his inner demons, fighting against the negativity that tries to consume him. His determination and resilience propel him forward, pushing him to achieve greatness despite the odds stacked against him.
Motivation: Internally, his motivation is to prove his mother wrong as he can make his dream work. Externally, he wants to prove to everyone that he belongs in a ring and be a major top guy who can win titles and "save" a company.
Wrestling Style/Resemblence - Hybrid (High Flyer & Technician) 70% High Flyer & 30% Technician
Trademark Maneuver(s) - Savior is a high flyer with bit of technician so he mainly going to be flying around the ring but here is a list of some trademark moves Savior does. Flying Forearm(He always says "weeee" when he is flying around the ring), School Boy Superkick ,Slingblade, Springbroad Blockbuster, BME (Best Moonsault Ever when Savior has his opponent near the corner) ,Slingshot Superman Punch (basically combine Slingshot lariat but instead of a lariat, its a superman punch)
7. Saving Comeback(The way the comeback is Savior gets sudden energy to bounce around the ring to do 2 flying forearms, after the second one, he does a springbroad front flip to dodge his opponent, then a school boy as the ref counts to two, both men are up where Savior does a superkick as they both fall down. After like few seconds, he gets back up in a kip up and screaming with the crowd "IT'S SHOWTIME!") ,Running Shooting star press ,Roundhouse and Blackmass combo ,Superkick ,Somersault Plancha, Frogsplash,
Set up to Finisher - When Savior sees his opponent is down, Savior does bow and arrow taunt to the sky and shouts "SHOWTIME!", picks up opponent in a suplex position. Different way: When Savior sees his opponent is getting, Savior does a bow and arrow taunt to the sky and shouts "SHOWTIME!" and puts his opponent in a suplex position.
Finisher - Invictus: The way Savior hits this move is when Savior has his opponent in a suplex position, lifts them up, and catches them in a future shock DDT motion.
Face? Heel Neutral? Something more specific? So Savior's gimmick allows him to be face and heel. The way his gimmick works is that he talks to himself. More specifically, Savior has a personality he talks to on a day to day and the personality has a name and he goes by Julian. All Julian is another version of Savior with a different perspective. Meaning, Julian is always the opposite of Savior. Julian acts like a angel/devil/ego of Savior as Julian is literally copy of Savior but from a different perspective. When Savior is a face, Julian is a heel/ Savior is a heel, Julian is a face. These two guys are one in the same but from two different perspectives as Savior created Julian as a way to navigate through the wrestling world. Also if you wondering, Savior and Julian switch personalities in order to make sure Savior progress in the wrestling world incase something is not clicking or change of pace.
