PIC SIGNS WITH OCW TV
It's Official! Wrestling superstar and current OCW Savage Champion Steve Wilson, also known as PIC, has made a deal with OCW TV. Head of OCW TV, chief executive officer Adi Gold held a small press conference in Boston, Massachusetts this morning. Following the huge OCW Massacre taping held in the city, Adi Gold was pleased to tell the press that wrestling legend PIC has agreed to sign a multi-million dollar and multi-picture deal with the network. "PIC is the face. The persona. And the hair we need for this re-launch of OCW TV. I sought after him for weeks. We are so honored that he has agreed to a deal." Adi Gold told us this at OCW Newswire following the press conference.
OCW Newswire also found out who the new investors behind this re-launch of OCW TV. It appears the money isn't coming from within the OCW company but an outside party. The Yakuza to be exact. Miss Gold worked a deal with Japanese mob to finance all the new content being created at OCW TV. This would include OCW original movies, television series and exclusive contract deals to OCW stars (including PIC's deal). Mr. Hiroshi Watanabe and his wife Hina Watanabe who both run investment projects for the Yakuza have been very pleased with Adi Gold's determination to get this deal finalized with the Yakuza. "We are very happy with Miss Adi. She give honor to our deal. PIC signing make us very proud investors. Now we don't have to cut off her fingers." Said a joking Mr. Watanabe at the press conference today.
OCW Newswire still unsure what the OCW Savage Champion, PIC will appear in over the next few months. The OCW superstar will get first dibs on scripts for OCW content for movies and television. PIC has this to say about the major deal signed at OCW TV. " "This TV and movie deal is just the next logical step for my career to bring content to the OCW Faithful that they can be proud of. I want to personally thank Adi Gold for her tireless efforts in making this deal come together, and also my manager, Willie 'Mo-Mo' Peterson, for his work in getting it done so quickly. There are going to be lots of exciting projects coming in the very near future. Stay tuned." " PIC can be seen this Sunday as he teams with The Lost Stranger in the much anticipated Margarita Mix.
PIC's current agent, Willie 'Mo-Mo' Peterson has been happy with his client getting this major contract at OCW. But questioned Adi Gold's decision making by going over his agencies head and the inclusion of the Yakuza. He told us at OCW Newswire during the press conference." "PIC's a household name and a bonafide superstar, to be sure. This deal is great for him, great for our brand, and great for the industry in general. That said, Ms. Gold's methods of securing the funding for the deal seem on the surface to be questionable at best. Hopefully we'll get any issues sorted out in the near future so we can move forward." "
"I am so thrilled with the current status of OCW. Not just in the OCW TV department that I run. But the popularity that OCW has become over this year. I look forward to a GOLDgeous future with OCW, with PIC and of course with our great investors, The Yakuza. Nothing can go wrong from here." Adi Gold told us with a confident smile. More to come on this news as it develops.
