The Dravers twins are in their apartment when Nathan’s phone begins to ring.
Nathan: Hello?
: Nathan Dravers?
Nathan: Yes?
: Adi Gold. I’ve started up OCW TV. OCW based television programming that isn’t wrestling related.
Nathan: OK….? And….?
Adi Gold: And well… I know that you and Jonathan no longer wrestle for OCW anymore but I was thinking that you two are multiple time Champions and that you guys have a legacy within OCW.
Nathan: Uh-huh? You’re correct. What are you getting at, Miss Gold?
Adi Gold: Adi, please. Look I’ll get straight to the point, Nathan. I want you and Jonathan to do a show for OCW TV………
======================================================================
We open properly to Nathan Dravers in voiceover as we look at clips of The Dravers Twins OCW career.
Nathan: Jon and I, we began our OCW career in 2017. That was a hell of a run for us. Immediately we had a connection with the OCW Faithful. From our debut against John E. Depth and Shootah. To our matches with the guys in Tornado Alley. To the better teams of OCW like The Aptitude and the eMpire. Then of course there’s our single battles. Max Shade… Yes, I lost against that genetic freak when we had that fight but I did take him to the limit. I took him to the limit more so than anybody who went up against Shade.
But of course my piste de resistance of course was not only giving Bob Grenier, the Workhorse of OCW - the fight of his life but also beating him within that fight. I made the Workhorse tap out and there are not many people that can say that! But there’s one thing that Jon and I have not done in our OCW careers. There’s one other tag team in OCW mythos that is perhaps just as well known as the Dravers Twins.
And that’s the Danger Boiz.
The Danger Boiz are one of the most legendary tag teams in wrestling history. Not just OCW history but wrestling history. They’ve won gold everywhere they’ve been! They’ve won tag team gold everywhere that they have been! Except OCW. At Access Denied two legendary tag teams face off for the first time ever! That’s money right there.
Jonathan and I when we first arrived in OCW, people were already comparing us to the Danger Boiz. At the time we thought ‘wow, they are some pretty big shoes to fill!’ However as time went on, people stopped comparing the Dravers Twins to the Danger Boiz. We went on to become the first in our own legacy. We went on to become the FIRST Dravers Twins.
And we did something twice in our OCW tenure that sadly for them the Danger Boiz never once managed to do in their OCW careers! And that’s win the tag team titles.
And that eats them up!
I know it does. We know it does! To have two people be compared to them and for those two people to have succeeded where they, the Danger Boiz, failed.
At Access Denied when we face the Danger Boiz for the tag team titles, they are the ones that have to prove to us that they have what it takes to defeat us. They thought that they could intimidate us into a match with them by challenging us to their signature match - the Danger Zone match.
===================================================================
We then shift to episode five of AT HOME WITH THE DRAVERS TWINS where the twins are having an autograph signing. A young boy - no more than six years old - walks up to them with an autograph book out. He’s excited and wearing a Dravers Boys t-shirt. The twins smile at him.
Nathan: Hey there, buddy! Thanks for coming out to see us today. Who can I make it out to?
Boy: My name’s John, too.
This catches Jonathan’s attention.
Jonathan: Hey! Really?!
Boy: Uh-huh.
Jonathan: Hey, hey! That’s awesome.
Jonathan and the boy fist bump and then the twins sign the little boy’s autograph book and he wanders off happily. Moments later two hooded figures then approach the twins.
Nathan: Er…. hi?
**Silence**
Nathan: OK then. So who do I make it out to?
Without warning, the hooded figures attack the Dravers twins and smash the OCW tag team titles (that were gifted to the twins by OCW brass) over the twins’ heads.
==============================================================
Nathan: And then they did that. We were readily willing to accept the match against the ‘Boiz’ and this match could have been a match built on respect. A match where both teams acknowledge the other’s achievements. But no. They had to sully this. They attacked us because they were jealous. Adi Gold asked the Dravers twins to be OCW TV stars. She could have asked the Danger Boiz and no-one would blame her if she did. But she didn’t. She asked US. And that eats the Danger Boiz up even more.
We were the ones that became reality TV stars. We are two time tag team champions. WE are the ones that have surpassed the Danger Boiz. We don’t have anything to prove at Access Denied but the Danger Boiz? They are the ones that now have to prove their worth to us. They have to prove to the OCW Faithful that they have still got ‘it’. But more than anything, they have to prove to themselves that they can still hang with the younger generation.
So yes Chris and Dan we accept your Danger Zone match at Access Denied. The question is boys, can you take the heat at Access Denied? We’ll see, won’t we? Danger Boiz, initially we had no qualms against you: But trust me, now we most certainly do.
We will see you in the Danger Zone.
=======================================================
We cut to the Dravers out and about with their video camera.
Jonathan: Hey everyone and welcome to the newest episode of At Home With the Dravers Twins.
Nathan: We’re out and about today in Pike National Forest, in San Juan, Colorado. It’s beautiful out here.
Jonathan: But the question is: Why are we out here? We’re heading into a Danger Zone match at Access Denied in one of the most Dangerous cities of the United States of America. Doesn’t it make sense then, that to get things ready for the pay-per-view, to get into the state of mind that requires us to be ready for Access Denied, that we do something…..dangerous?
Nathan: Ha ha! But nothing too dangerous, obviously. Don’t worry, your favourite twin brothers are not going to die any time soon. We are merely going…….paintballing.
Just as Nathan says the word ‘paintballing’ the twins laugh while bringing their masks over their faces. Jonathan turns the camera off and we fade out.
==============================================================
**Splat!** Nathan: Argh! Motherfucker!! You got me!!
We hear the sound of Jonathan laughing and we fade out again, briefly. When we fade back in we are following Nathan through the trees of the forest. We hear Nathan’s heavy breathing as the camera stalks him through the forest. He then whispers to the camera.
Nathan: **Pant, pant** I **pant** know that Jon’s around here but I’m not sure where, you know? It’s only a matter of time before I find him though. You would think that a man with bright red hair would stick out a bit more in a forest wouldn’t you? I’m sure though you Danger Boiz are watching this, thinking that the Dravers Twins are not taking the match at Access Denied seriously, but I promise you the Dravers boys cannot wait to put you boys in your place. This paintballing session is just a bit of downtime for us. The Dravers Boys are that damn confident that we will walk out as champs at any rate. I -
**Splat splat**
Jonathan: Ha! Got you bro!
Nathan: Ah for fuck’s sake not again!!
================================================================
We fade out once again. When we come back the Dravers Twins have finished their paintballing session. One brother has a huge grin on his face while the other one does not. We’ll let you work out which one is which. However both are staring at the camera whilst in front of the gates of the National park.
Jonathan: Well thank-you one and all for watching today’s episode of At Home With the Dravers Twins. We had a blast here today didn’t we Nath? Some of us quite literally.
Jonathan slaps Nathan on the back with a chuckle.
Nathan: Hmph. Yeah whatever. It really is quite beautiful in Pike National Forest so we really do urge every one of our fans to experience this beauty for yourselves. Just be careful if and when you come out and go paintballing because it’s not for everybody.
Nathan meekly smiles with a slight wink.
Nathan: Well Jon, maybe now would be a good time to let you know that on the next episode of At Home With The Dravers Twins….
Jonathan: Yeah…?
Nathan: You, my barely older brother, are going shark jumping!
Jonathan: Hey, what the fuck?! This wasn’t discussed!
Nathan: Uh yeah this is why I’ve just decided to tell you now!
Jonathan: No Nath… you can’t do this….
Nathan: I can and have. Look, think of it this way, anything we do is going to be much more dangerous than that Danger Zone match at Access Denied. Hahaha!
Jonathan: But sharks man? I ain’t fuckin’ doing it….
The camera slowly fades out.
Let’s leave our twins there and hope they sort out their bickering by Access Denied!
