Disney World, the happiest place on earth, after everything Lilith had been through the past two weeks Lilith knew there was only one place she could go and it was here. So after spending several hours trying her hardest to talk Sarah into taking her there she eventually got her way and before she knew it the couple were on their way straight to Orlando.
After a few hours relaxing in first class, the plane finally landed and the couple quickly got out of their seats, walking into the airport hand in hand. The amount of children and families wearing Disney inspired outfits and Mickey and Minnie Mouse ears just made Lilith smile.
Lilith: Sarah, this really is the happiest place in the whole entire world! I think we should move here! Let's move to Orlando! Then we can go to Disney World as much as we want! OH MY GOD we could even maybe go every single day!
Sarah tried her hardest not to roll her eyes at the thought of this, she didn't really enjoy going to Disney and she especially didn't like the crowds or the constant looks she got off the general public but she went and did all these things just because that was what Lilith wanted and what Lilith wanted Sarah always gave.
Sarah: Lilith can we hurry this along, please?
Lilith: Hurry this along?! Sarah… you can't rush Disney!
Lilith gasped as she noticed that even the airport gift stores had Disney items in them.
Lilith: OH… MY… GOD! That store has Mickey stuff! Let's go!
Before Sarah had time to object Lilith charged off straight towards the store selling the big Mickey Mouse cuddly toys. As she ran though she accidentally bumped into a small boy who was no older than the age of ten, sending them crashing down onto the floor and dropping their Olaf the snowman cuddly toy. Lilith gasped and immediately went to pick up the toy, not meaning to do this at all. Before Lilith could turn around to help the little boy back up onto his feet the child's parents came rushing over, the father getting straight into Liliths face whilst the Mom saw to the boy who despite falling over seemed to be totally okay as he was already smiling again.
Father: What the hell is your problem, lady?! Wait… aren't you that wrestler who…
Lilith: Yeah, I'm Lilith… you probably know me best as the girl who lost her match earlier this week to Erin Gordon…
The father looked disgusted, had Sarah not been standing next to her wife he might have even spat in her face.
Father: Oh I know exactly who you are, you're a fucking psychopath! You need mental help you crazy bitch!
Lilith looked like she was about to cry as she looked down at the Olaf toy she still had in her hands.
Lilith: But… I didn't mean to hurt him… I just got excited cos…
The father just continued to look at Lilith extremely angrily, at this point Sarah stepped in not about to allow him to talk down to her wife any more.
Sarah: Listen, get the fuck out of here before I shove that fucking snowman toy down your throat.
Lilith: Olaf, Sarah, his names Olaf.
Sarah: Whatever.
Sarah practically snatched the toy out of Liliths hands and shoved it straight into the man's chest, causing him to stumble back a few steps. Sarah stood like she was daring the man to do something, but he didn't. He just made sure his family was okay and hurried away whilst giving the two wrestlers dirty looks.
Sarah: People like that… Urghhhhh… are you okay, Lilith?
Lilith just sighed as she continued to watch the family disappear into the distance.
Lilith: I didn't mean to do that, Sarah. Sometimes, sometimes I wish people wouldn't look at me like I'm crazy. Like I'm some kinda freak.
Sarah: Lilith, you are NOT a freak. Don't be so ridiculous.
Lilith: I know… I just… I wish people looked at me the same way they look at Erin.
Sarah: Erin?
Lilith: Erin Gordon, the woman who beat me before…
Sarah: Ah, right.
Lilith: She has it all, Sarah… a family, a son, adoring fans… I bet she even has a dog. I want a dog, Sarah.
Sarah: We'll discuss that when we get home.
Lilith nodded her head.
Lilith: My point is I bet if SHE accidentally knocked someone over, they'd let her pick them up and then go “Oh my god you're Erin Gordon! Can I have your autograph?” me in the same position… they go “Eurghhhh you're Lilith! Leave me alone!”
Sarah placed a reassuring hand on Liliths shoulder as she lead her towards the Disney toy store in an attempt to cheer up her wife.
Sarah: Who cares what people think? They're worthless, meaningless sheep, Lilith. They shouldn't matter to you.
Lilith shook her head as she stopped in her tracks and looked at her wife in her eyes, trying her hardest not to cry.
Lilith: But they DO matter to me, Sarah. They all do. I want to be loved by the people, adored by them just like Erin is. I want kids to have little teddy bears with “Lilith” written on the front of them… I want people to be excited to see me and ask for MY autograph. I want my life to mean something, Sarah. I want a purpose.
Sarah: Lilith, your life does mean something, to me. That should be enough for you.
Lilith looked at Sarah, she loved her, of course she did, she loved her more than she could ever say or express… but she knew, deep in her heart, that it wasn't enough for her. She needed more, she needed love. She needed fans. She needed everything that Erin Gordon had. Surely Lilith could get that, and then she could live happily ever after with Sarah.
