Awe.Some
Name: Ricky Valdez
Picture Base: Diego Luna
Height:5 feet, 11 inches
Weight:200 lbs
Hometown: Reynosa, Mexico by way of McAllen, Texas
Alignment: Face
Gimmick: Magnetic personality. Extremely friendly, nerdy, and provides a sense of comic relief. Pseudo-rock stars? On camera the brothers try to carry themselves with a larger-than-life aura, but off camera they're just the boys next door.
Wrestling Style: As a singles competitor, he resembles Alex Shelley in the ring. Likes to use the ropes a lot to build momentum for his moves to compensate for his lack of strength. Typically avoids direct fighting with larger opponents because, well, that's just not smart to charge towards a giant. Submission moves are far and few for him as well. He doesn't have much of a technical sense in the ring aside from the basics like the all-powerful headlock (he insist that's all he needs). Perhaps a reason he never focuses much on the technical aspect of wrestling is because he finds it boring...
During matches, Ricky loves to mock his opponent in the ring. He accomplishes this by using his or his opponent's words throughout the week for match material. Hate Ricky's hair? He'll wrestle you with a wig on. Think he smells? He might not bathe for a week. He loves making his opponents words look foolish even in defeat.
With his brother Randy, the two men are a mixture of Edge & Christian and the Motor City Machine Guns. The two have been known to bring a variety of props such as beach balls to the ring to further interact with the crowd.
In Ring Appearance: Shirtless. Black pants with a solid yellow stripe around the waist and going up the sides. He also has numerous stickers on his pants for various products. These stickers could be past products he used to endorse, current products he's advertising, or just things he's a fan of. It's like a human billboard. Boots with a similar style. Kneepads with a metallic look to them, but they're not really metal because metal is heavy.
Entrance Music: "Kickstart My Heart" by Motley Crue
Entrance Description: The opening guitar rift of "Kickstart My Heart" roars through the arena as the fans get to their feet. The lights on the stage set pan slowly towards the entrance way where Rachel Valdez comes walking onto the set with a microphone in her hand. She'll pose for a second or two before speaking into her microphone.
Rachel Valdez: "This is Awe.Some!"
At that point with the song kicking into gear, Ricky and Randy Valdez both run through the curtain and straight to the ring, slapping the hands of fans along the way. Rachel Valdez follows closely behind. The three of them all slide under the bottom rope. Ricky and Randy proceed to climb the turnbuckles on opposite sides of the ring. The brothers point to various sections of the crowd to get them excited while Rachel Valdez leans over the top rope to blow a kiss to the fans at ringside.
Finishing Moves:
1. OMG! (Springboard Cutter. Singles finisher)
2. Face Pop (Powerbomb - Missle Dropkick Variation. One of the team members, usually Randy, lifts and holds the opponent in a powerbomb position. The other team member, usually Ricky, then jumps from an elevated position and dropkicks the opponent in the face. Once the loud crack is heard, the team member holding the opponent then follows through with the powerbomb. Tag Team finisher.)
Signature Moves:
1. Step Up Enzuigiri
2. Diving Crossbody
3. Hurricanrana
4. Jawbreaker
5. That Mexican Move! (Corckscrew Plancha)

Name: Randy Valdez
Picture Base: Carlos Ferro
Height: 6 feet, 1 inch
Weight: 212 lbs
Hometown: Reynosa, Mexico by way of McAllen, Texas
Alignment: Face
Gimmick: Somewhat cocky. Generally regarded as the more handsome of the two brothers, so he's a bit more of an extrovert than Ricky is. Pseudo-rock stars? On camera the brothers try to carry themselves with a larger-than-life aura, but really they're just the boys next door.
Wrestling Style: Randy likes use the ropes as well, but perhaps not quite to the extreme that Ricky does. If Ricky thinks a corkscrew moonsault is needed, Randy thinks a flying elbow from the top rope is plenty effective enough. Since he's a tad taller and heavier than Ricky, he is able to comfortably incorporate some power moves into his arsenal. Overall though, he still loves to perform a variety of high risk moves as those tend to get the bigger pops.
Much like his brother, Randy is also a bit of a showman in the ring. He tends to be loud with his verbal antics and tends to talk more smack during matches than Ricky. He also loves to focus his entertainment efforts on inversing the fans in his matches. Try to get the crowd clapping, get a chant going, etc. Wrestling is almost a circus act to the Valdez', and Randy goes balls to the wall in his effort to appease the fans first and foremost. He wants to make sure they aren't bored at any point in the match. Sometimes he'll stupidly oversell his opponents moves just to jazz up the match. This could obviously backfire since he may be more focused on putting on a show than putting up a win.
In Ring Appearance: Shirtless. Nearly identical to Ricky but opposite color scheme. Yellow pants with a solid black stripe around the waist and going up the sides. He also has stickers on his pants for various products on all over his pants. These stickers could be past products he used to endorse, current products he's advertising, or just things he's a fan of. Boots with a similar style. Kneepads with a metallic look to them, but they're not really metal because metal is heavy.

Name: Rachel Valdez
Pic base: Joy Taylor
Height: 5 feet, 4 inches
Weight: 127 lbs
Hometown: Reynosa, Mexico by way of McAllen, Texas
Alignment: Face
Gimmick: Manager of Awe.Some. She also likes to have fun when there's a show going on, but away from the ring she is very much business first. It's all about what moves the numbers. She's heavily focuses on the financial upside of wrestling and looks for opportunities to further promote Awe.Some or OCW as a whole.
Wrestling Style: None. She can't fight. Like at all.

Background: The Valdez trio came to America at an extremely early age. While born in Mexico, they were raised in South Texas but still appreciate their Mexican roots as shown in their style. Wrestling quickly caught their attention as it did many other children, but the Valdez' were fortunate enough to grow up in a place that allowed them to see both the Mexican Lucha Libre style of tag team wrestling and the American brawling tactics that took off in the United States. They also saw the glamour that many Texas wrestlers were able to achieve from the sport, and yearned for a piece of the pie. From an early age on, they decided that wrestling was what they wanted to do with their lives. So when the last of the three was old enough to legally move out on their own, the three of them took the money they saved from working various dead-end jobs through their latter teen years and hit the road.
In just under ten years of wrestling, the Valdez' have already been apart of a few feds across the United States. There were some failures. There were some successes. Rachel Valdez saw the upside of OCW and set out to get Awe.Some involved. A few days later, the deal was done.
Ricky and Randy compete in the ring while Rachel solely hands the team's PR matters, such as bookings and signings. Rachel has never actually stepped foot in the ring as a fighter and she has no intentions of ever doing so.
